When I download files, why do the zip filenames have "+" and "_"?

I did this to try and make the filenames more friendly to any operating system and not just one type or the most recent.

Where can I get support or help on a specific game or ROM?

Well, I do not support them and probably will be to busy to help you in a timely manor. My personal suggestion is to go to www.gamers-nest.com and post on their forum in the emulation and ask for help there.

I have ROM's you don't, do you want to trade?

Well, since you can download any ROM you want for free, not sure how I could trade really. But, if you would like to send me a ROM that I don't have, I would appreciate it and if you would like I can list you as a contributor to the site. Send all ROM's to rom_submit@web-head.net
